If your roses blossom earlier then remove the fertilizer right after the first blossoming. In autumn hobby gardeners can replant, but don’t fertilize the new plants, just aerate the soil real good. Please remove dead plant parts and fallen leaves before your roses find themselves surrounded once more with winter cover.
